DN1000 SN8 Hollow Wall PE Spiral Pipe
The PE hollow-wall spiral pipe has a special hollow structure. It reduces the weight of the product while maintaining the pressure-bearing capacity of the pipeline. The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, resulting in low resistance during water transportation. Therefore, it is applied in urban main drainage systems, with convenient and diverse connections that are reliable. It can be welded by electric hot fusion or sealed with socket rubber rings. Moreover, the HDPE material has strong resistance to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts, and is suitable for complex soil and chemical environments. The HDPE material itself is non-toxic, recyclable, and meets the current international drainage system requirements.

We can produce PE hollow-wall spiral pipes with diameters ranging from DN300 to DN1200. The ring stiffness has three levels to choose from, namely SN8, SN10 and SN12.5.
