QA&QC

1.Quality control of HDPE steel wire mesh skeleton pipes should start from the raw materials. Select appropriate HDPE resin, galvanized steel wires, and additives. Precisely control the tension and density during the steel wire weaving process to ensure that the specifications of the mesh meet the standards. In the extrusion and compounding stage, first extrude the inner layer of HDPE plastic, then cover it with the steel wire mesh and extrude the outer layer to ensure that all layers are tightly bonded.

2.The finished product inspection of HDPE steel wire mesh skeleton pipes needs to be carried out in multiple aspects. In terms of appearance, check for defects such as cracks and bubbles. Regarding dimensions, measure whether the pipe diameter, wall thickness, etc. meet the standards. In terms of performance, conduct pressure tests to check its pressure resistance, and also test the tensile strength and environmental stress cracking resistance. Only when all indicators are qualified can the quality of the pipes be ensured to be reliable.
