PVC perforated drainage pipe
It is a pipeline product specifically designed for collecting, infiltrating and discharging underground liquids. You can think of it as an "underground sponge pipe" buried underground - it can collect excess water (such as rainwater and groundwater) from the soil and discharge it through the pipeline; it can also allow water (such as irrigation water) to penetrate into the surrounding soil through holes when needed. It plays a very important role in underground drainage systems in fields such as highways, railways, slopes, landscaping, agriculture, etc.

1. High-efficiency water intake/discharge capacity
By creating long-shaped slot holes in the pipe wall (usually at the trough position), the effective water intake area is large, and it is less likely to be clogged by soil particles compared to circular holes. For different drainage requirements, the opening range can be selected among 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees, and 360 degrees.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance
The PVC material itself has stable chemical properties and is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts and other corrosive substances in soil and groundwater. It has a long service life (the designed service life can reach over 50 years).

Light in weight, easy to transport and install; the inner wall is smooth with low friction resistance, ensuring smooth drainage; the ring has high rigidity (such as SN4 grade), capable of withstanding the pressure from the upper soil and loads.

Application Tips
- Selection based on working conditions: If the burial depth is large or there are vehicle loads above, double-walled corrugated pipes should be preferred to ensure the ring stiffness; if it is for general farmland drainage, hard flat-walled pipes are sufficient and economical.
- Specific requirements for the direction of the opening: During installation, the opening part is usually oriented downward or slightly downward to the side, so that groundwater can flow in smoothly and to avoid direct silt accumulation.
- The accompanying geotextile is very important: Remember to lay or wrap the required geotextile filter layer around the seepage pipe. This is the key to ensuring the long-term effective operation of the system.
