Construction key points

 

 

There are several points that need special attention during the construction process; otherwise, problems may arise:

  • Prevent leakage: During the bonding process, first clean the socket and insert口, then apply the glue evenly along the axial direction. After insertion, press firmly and let it stand for 2-3 minutes. Do not rotate it to avoid generating air bubbles that may affect the seal.

 

  • Dealing with thermal expansion and contraction: The linear expansion coefficient of UPVC pipes is relatively large, approximately 6-8 times that of steel pipes. Therefore, expansion joints must be properly set (usually one per floor or every 4 meters for vertical pipes) to prevent the pipes from deforming or coming loose due to stress.

 

  • Product protection: After installation, avoid bumps and heavy pressure. If installed outdoors or in areas exposed to direct sunlight, it is recommended to apply a protective covering to prevent accelerated aging due to ultraviolet rays.
