Steel-lined rubber sand extraction pipe

It is a high-maintenance rubber hose specifically designed for transporting mixtures containing a large amount of solid particles (such as sand and slag). It is widely used in harsh working conditions such as river dredging, sand extraction and mining tailings discharge, and dock dredging.

Wear-resistant inner rubber layer: In direct contact with the high-speed flowing sand, gravel and slag. This is the most crucial part. It is made of high-maintenance natural rubber or special synthetic rubber, which can effectively resist the erosion and cutting of the materials, protecting the pipeline from being worn through.
Reinforcement layer: Located outside the inner rubber layer, its function is to withstand the pressure both inside and outside the pipe. There are two common forms of reinforcement:
Mesh/Conduit Wrap Layer: Through the cross-wrapping of multiple layers of high-strength fabric or cord, it provides the basic pressure support.
Spiral steel wire reinforcement layer: Spiral-shaped steel wires are embedded in the pipe wall. This not only significantly enhances the pressure resistance and negative pressure resistance of the pipeline, preventing it from being flattened during suction, but also keeps the pipeline with a certain degree of flexibility, facilitating bending and laying.
Outer protective layer: The outermost layer of protection, which safeguards the internal structure from the erosion and aging caused by external environments (such as sunlight, seawater, oil stains, acids, and alkalis).
