HDPE gas pipe
HDPE gas pipe is a type of pipe made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin as the main raw material. It is produced through extrusion molding process by adding necessary antioxidants, ultraviolet stabilizers (such as carbon black), and other additives.
The biggest difference between it and ordinary polyethylene pipes lies in that the manufacturing of gas pipes requires the use of specially formulated PE80 or PE100 grade mixtures. These specialized materials have extremely strict requirements for the long-term strength and anti-cracking performance of the materials, in order to ensure that the pipeline can safely and reliably transport flammable and explosive gas for several decades.
