Construction Key Points Instruction
Special adhesive: Only the dedicated solvent adhesive that matches the ABS pipes should be used. Do not mix it with PVC glue.
Cleaning and Treatment: Before bonding, the outer wall of the pipe and the inner wall of the pipe fitting need to be cleaned. The glue should be applied evenly and in the appropriate amount. After insertion, rotate the pipe fitting and keep it fixed for a certain period of time.
Note the weather resistance: Ordinary ABS has a relatively poor ability to resist ultraviolet rays. For long-term outdoor use, protective measures are necessary.

The standard ABS pipe fittings can be used for a long time within the temperature range of -40℃ to +70℃. The heat-resistant type can withstand up to 105℃, which is a wider temperature range than that of PVC pipes.
It has a good resistance to corrosive media such as acids and alkalis. At the same time, it does not alter the water quality and will not cause secondary pollution. It can be used in industries such as pharmaceuticals and food.
The weight is only 1/8 of that of an iron pipe and approximately 5/8 of a PVC pipe. It is constructed using the cold adhesive bonding method (solvent bonding), which ensures excellent air tightness and is easy to install.
The inner wall is smooth, and the turning points are in the form of arcs, which can significantly reduce fluid resistance and transportation energy consumption.
