DN1200 HDPE Krah pipe

The DN1200 HDPE pipe is essentially a large-diameter pipeline made of the HDPE material that we just discussed. It has a more formal scientific name, namely High-Density Polyethylene Coiled Wall Pipe (Type B pipe). Because this process and the pipe were originally introduced from the German Krämer company, it is commonly referred to as "Krämer pipe" in China.

Unique winding structure: The wall of the pipe is not solid. Instead, it is formed through a hot-state winding molding process, resulting in a smooth inner wall and a spiral-shaped reinforcing rib on the outer wall. This design enables the pipe to have sufficient ring stiffness while maintaining a relatively light weight.

Excellent physical properties: As a flexible pipe, it has strong resistance to settlement and can adapt to uneven deformation of the foundation. In geological disasters such as earthquakes, it can minimize damage. At the same time, the inner wall is smooth (with lower friction), which enables fast drainage and strong water flow capacity.

Reliable connection technology: For Klara pipes, the commonly used connection method is socket-welding. At one end of the pipe, an electric welding wire is pre-installed. On-site, it is heated by a special device to melt the pipe material and the pipe fitting into one piece, which can achieve zero leakage and ensure the integrity of the entire pipeline system.

Corrosion resistance and long lifespan: The HDPE material is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and has certain anti-aging capabilities, with a long designed service life. Moreover, this material is non-toxic and harmless, and the waste pipes can be recycled, making it a green and environmentally friendly product.
