UPVC industrial drainage check valve
The core function of the UPVC single-check valve is to prevent the backflow of the medium. It is commonly used in fluid transmission systems such as water supply, chemical industry, and agricultural irrigation. It has the characteristics of being corrosion-resistant, lightweight and low in cost. The common types include spherical check valves, spherical bottom valves, flap check valves and flap bottom valves. They have similar working principles but are used in different scenarios.
UPVC spherical check valve
Inside the valve body, there is a freely rotatable ball-shaped valve core. The two ends of the valve body are usually connected by flanges or socket connections. When the medium flows in the forward direction, the fluid pressure pushes the ball away from the valve seat, and the flow channel opens. When the medium flows in the reverse direction, the reverse pressure presses the ball tightly against the valve seat, preventing the medium from flowing back.
UPVC spherical bottom valve
The essence is a spherical check valve installed at the bottom of the suction pipe of the water pump. Based on the spherical check valve, a filter screen is added at the inlet to prevent debris in the water from entering the water pump. The working principle is the same as that of the spherical check valve.
UPVC flap check valve
Inside the valve body, there is a flap valve core that can rotate around an axis. The valve core is in close contact with the valve seat to achieve sealing. The valve body usually has two forms: straight-through type and swing-up type. When the medium is flowing in the forward direction, the fluid pressure squeezes the flap, and the flow channel opens. When the medium flows in the reverse direction, the flap is pressed against the valve seat by the directional force to maintain the seal.
UPVC flap bottom valve
It is a flap check valve installed at the bottom end of the suction pipe of the water pump, equipped with an inlet filter screen. The valve core is of a flap structure and the connection method is mostly socket type. It combines the filtering function of a duplicate check valve and a filter screen, effectively preventing the backflow of the medium and blocking impurities.
