CPVC electrical pipe support
CPVC power pipe support, also known as pipe bracket or pipe frame by some people, is an unremarkable but crucial accessory in the field of power engineering. You can think of it as the "keel" or "locator" of the underground pipeline network. It is mainly placed on the outside of the power pipe and is responsible for fixing, supporting and protecting the pipeline.

What is it? What does it look like?

Basic form: It is usually a split structure. The most common type consists of two halves (upper and lower), which wrap around the pipeline and are fixed with pins. Common materials: Although mainly used for CPVC pipes, the pipe supports themselves are mostly made of PVC or HDPE (polyethylene), and there are also other materials such as fiberglass reinforced plastic.

It has excellent resistance to bending fatigue. At room temperature, its compressive strength can reach over 10 MPa, and it can withstand the pressure from the soil and construction machinery.

It has excellent heat resistance. Some of the materials do not deform even at 150℃, and the brittle point is as low as -35℃. It can adapt to most climatic environments.
Chemical stability
Chemically stable, with excellent anti-corrosion properties, it can resist the damp environment underground and the erosion of most chemical substances.
Electrical performance
As an insulator, it has excellent high-frequency insulation performance, hardly absorbs water, is not affected by humidity, and has a very high breakdown voltage.
