What is it? -- "Sandwich" structure

From its name, you can clearly see its core structure: Plastic - Steel - Plastic. In professional terms, it is described as "three-layer structure, seven-layer co-extrusion". You can imagine it as a high-quality "sandwich":
Inner and outer layers (polyethylene PE): Just like a "bread", they are responsible for isolating air and water, preventing corrosion and rust, while ensuring the smoothness of the pipe wall and the hygiene of the water quality.
Middle layer (welded steel pipe): Like a "patty", it serves as the framework of the pipe material, providing high strength and rigidity, and bearing the main pressure.
Hot melt adhesive: Just like "glue", it firmly bonds the steel layer and the plastic layer together, ensuring no separation occurs.

What are the outstanding features?

This structure offers comprehensive performance that cannot be matched by single-material pipes:

Combining hardness and softness, achieving balanced performance

Its tensile strength is 7-8 times that of pure plastic pipes, but its linear expansion coefficient is only 1/10 - 1/12 of that of pure plastic pipes. In simple terms, it has both the "framework" of steel (resistant to deformation) and the low thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance characteristics of plastic.

Smart and durable, convenient and effortless:

Equipped with "tracking" function: Due to the presence of steel pipes in the middle, the position of it can be located using a metal detector during maintenance, avoiding accidental excavation during construction. This is particularly suitable for underground use.
Smooth inner wall: The roughness is only 0.007mm, much smaller than that of steel pipes. Therefore, the water flow resistance is low, it is less likely to form scale, and it can also reduce water flow noise.
Long service life: Under normal usage conditions, the designed service life can reach 50 years.
